These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Fortbit d.o.o. ("Provider") and the customer accepting them ("Customer") for the use of Payload Solutions (the "Product"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Product, Customer agrees to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
These Terms consist of this Cover Page and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms, Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference and available at commonpaper.com/standards/cloud-service-agreement/2.1. If the Cover Page and the Standard Terms conflict, the Cover Page controls.

Additional terms
- Free plans and trials. Free or trial use is provided "as is" and may be limited, suspended or ended at any time.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in the Standard Terms.
- Changes. Provider may update these Terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
- Consumers. If Customer is a consumer under applicable law, mandatory consumer protections apply and nothing in these Terms limits them.
